Speaker: Pat Kempf
Pat is a small business owner, married, has 4 children, and 8 grandchildren. Pat has been involved in ministry for over 25 years. She is a licensed minister with New Life Church in Billings, Montana.
Pat has a bachelor’s degree in Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute, with an emphasis in women in ministry, spiritual warfare, and prophecy. She has served as Director of Women’s Ministry, Christian Education, Small Groups, taught Adult Sunday School, Bible Studies, & Children’s Church. She was the Founding Director of the Care Net Pregnancy Center (formerly the Billings Crisis Pregnancy Center). For 7 years she did the weekly Chapel service at the Women & Family Shelter. She has ministered as a Retreat Speaker for Aglow in Montana, Idaho, and South Dakota; and for various denomination and non-denominational churches in Montana, Oregon, Wyoming, & North Dakota.
In 2010 she authored two devotional books, Nuggets, Tidbits & PowerShots I & II, sharing her heart and her revelations of the scriptures that gave her strength and shaped her character as she struggled through her trials in life. Her booklet Freedom Can Be Yours, and the Facilitator’s Guide for Freedom Can Be Yours, are tools to help people find freedom in the 7 areas of common strongholds. These booklets were put together from her training experiences with Neil Anderson’s Ministries, and Wagner Leadership Institute, and have been used successfully in her years of counseling and ministry.
Pat served as the Montana State Coordinator for National Day of Prayer, from 2002 to 2009. She is currently serving as the President of the Montana Aglow State Leadership Team, after having served as V.P. of Financial Development and V.P. of Special Events.
Pat has been called to the nations. She led a group of Girl Scouts in the summer of 1985 for 7 weeks through 10 different countries; has been to Israel, the Philippines, Guatemala, and South Africa as a part of various ministry teams. She returned to South Africa, taking a team, to minister in February 2005. She served as a part of the first Micro-Business Aglow Transformation Team to Brazil in May 2010 and led the return team to Brazil in November 2010. She has agreed to serve as a leader in the Micro-Business area of Aglow Transformations.
Pat has an Isaiah 61 call upon her life and her love of the Lord translates into helping and serving people. She sees the Lord using her as a catalyst for change in the lives of individuals, bringing them out of spiritual darkness and captivity into an overcoming Spiritual Warrior, capable of doing great exploits. She is an anointed teacher, who flows in several of the Spiritual gifts. Being certified with the Institute for Motivational Behavior, she enjoys seeing people discover the uniqueness of God’s design in their lives and the lives of those around them; enabling the discoverer to appreciate themselves and others better. She believes in stirring up the gifting in others and seeing them set in their place in the “Body of Christ”.
